GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-jotan19: I would like to make a request. Could you please not use bleaching chemicals in your products. It is very unhealthy and it causes breathing issues with people that have asthma. I like your products and just recently bought a good amount over the holidays, now i don't know what to do with it. I made the mistake of not reading the ingredients. It does not make sense to waste money and time with using those chemicals. I would also think that you would want the best product possible for your customers.

GetHuman-jotan19: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-jotan19: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Pillsbury's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-jotan19: For that I would say three out of five.
