~Maime: I had to cancel. I was a customer for over ** years and cancelled because of erratic delivery. I missed my hard copy of the paper and a few months ago decided to give them another chance. Same old, same old. Paper not delivered * days out of * days. Representative gave me the same old line... we will report it... and would not connect me with "someone" in charge. Pittsburgh paper but complaints are done in Rochester NY... not local. Calling the Trib and hoping they have better delivery even though I like the Post-Gazette better. :-(
