~AllTexas: My order from planet shoes was lost and then returned to them. My experience with them lasted * weeks. I still did not get my order.*The service seemed good at the time. The I realized all I was getting was good lip service. For my entire time of calling and emailing trying to get my package on the right track, my word went no where. Last communication with them, is my order was restocked and now the shoes I wanted are no longer available. They were supposed to catch my package on return and reship it. I was not happy with them or their so called service, and I will never order from them again. No sale or discount matters, never again. The most pitiful service I have ever had. I am glad to have found the exact shoes somewhere else and for about half what they wanted.
