GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman19795: My plantronics headset has a 'phone' ring in the background, even though my phone is working perfectly. It happened as I hung up from a friend I'd called in Seattle. I always use my headset, but this time, when I tried to hang up, my headset didn't -- it was as though it were trying to call another number

GetHuman19795: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
