~nightrucker: Ok so tried to call plantronics supprt about my voyager hd pro and the fact that I have used it with * different phones and the noise cancellation does not seem to work, explained the steps I have taken including updating the firm ware .... the rep talked to me like I was an idiot stating that I had no clue what I was talking about and to quit complaining its an awesome headset and there are no problems with it....

~nightrucker: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Plantronics's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~nightrucker: For that I would say five out of five.
