~PS+customer service=zero: My PS* stopped ready discs and even if by luck you get it to read it freezes within *min of playing the game(not even * year old).So, I decided to call Playstation they inform me that they will send out a box in * days and I can send it back to them and they will fix it and return it back in * weeks.Now I feel that I sound be credited on my PSN account due not being able to use it for a month. However the manager didn't care .I have a feeling this isn't the last of my issues with Playstation.They have zero customer service and as far as I can tell their product doesn't live up to their claims of being the best of the best.My next system will be a XBOX*
