~Suk it Sony: Spoke to an agent,because an update screwed up my entire system and and to restart it back to factory settings. Once he realized that it was time to close he hung up on me without even trying to to help...really playstation and there is no alternative way to contact anyone else and the CHAT agents are imbeciles!

~Suk it Sony: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Playstation's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Suk it Sony: For that I would say one out of five.

~Suk it Sony: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Playstation to know who you are.
