~alzze da mistic: The people you talk to on the phone do not know jack about the internal workings of the PLaystation *. All they can help you with is to determine weather the unit needs to be shipped in and worked on or not. They WILL NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION CONCERNING THE ACTUAL REPAIR OF THE UNITS. As Jason, the person I spoke with, told me that it is against company policy and procedures. What a load of ****.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Playstation. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Playstation problem?
~alzze da mistic: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~alzze da mistic: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Playstation's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~alzze da mistic: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Playstation customers?
~alzze da mistic: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Playstation to know who you are.
