~rondon: dude didn't help me one bit, wasn't calling to even ask about the thing not working, but he said he couldn't take care of it because the network was down, i was telling him i better get my ** for spending the hundred like i saw on a ad, and i've spent twice that since then and its been * or more months, said i needed to speak to a supervisor, and he told me there wasn't anything he could do, hand the phone to the supervisor, this is play stations so called experts ...

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~rondon: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Playstation's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~rondon: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Playstation customers?
