I waited up to ** minutes which was very irritating, a paying customer should not have to wait that long. *The number I called was *-***-***-****, prompt for EA games, then press * for customer service, you will hear the elevator music at least you will talk with a customer rep. **I tried another number before calling the one listed above, what a jerk, he hung up on me because I asked who I was calling. I wanted to be sure I was calling Pogo and not some scam number. Don't call this number *-***-***-****.
