~jane doe: I am considering finding another water provider. I love their product, but in the last year, their service has been unreliable. I don't get my order,or bill,did they forget me? I have been a customer for many years. I have not moved.. As of my last delivery, I only received half of what I ordered. (I was told the service person wrote down the wrong product code.) I took all day & many phone calls to correct my delivery problem. Maybe they should train personnel to fill out a form with the right information-and alert supervisors not to give misinformation to customers. I was told several times that the problem has been resolved & I would still get my delivery. (This was at **:**AM) * phone calls and * hours later, I was still trying to locate my delivery. This is not customer service. I'm not sure what to call it.
