GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-corryba: meted the rubber on my air filter all down the paper filter and a mug and water bottle melted to the bed. That was the first ride out. Service department said nothing was wrong and wouldn't even give me a new filter. I have had pressure on my gas tank from day one but was told it will do that when it's warm outside or higher elevations will cause that. Another lie come to find out there should never be any pressure in the tank. Heat temp gauge up and down causing the razr to almost shut completely down. Burned up belt less than *** miles. Left axle came loose *** miles. Had all the recall done. Now we can't even ride it at all. I have no more money to put into this I have already paid allot out of pocket just trying to get it fixed right but no luck. I know I just got and extremely bad razor because hardly anyone has had any of my problems.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-corryba: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Polaris's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-corryba: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Polaris customers?
GetHuman-corryba: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Polaris to know who you are.
