GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-vbrinkm: I called the company about the, wireless mini disco speakers PBT***, because there is a note in the product says not to return to the store and to contact Polaroid customer service in case of defect. So I sit on wait for about ** minutes only to be told the product is defective and to return it to the store. I would never purchase a Polaroid product myself, but this was a birthday gift to my daughter from her friend. Why put a customer through the waste of time if you aren't going to help anyway?
