~REB: POLAROID DVD*TV COMBO is a terrible piece of trash. I have tried for a month to get satisfaction for it and it is new and won't even turn on. They want me to spend my $$ to send it in and insure it and MAYBE they will take care of it for me. DO NOT PURCHASE POLAROID PRODUCTS.

~REB: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~REB: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Polaroid's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~REB: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Polaroid customers?
~REB: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Polaroid to know who you are.
