~erikascott1979: I initially called the the *** numbers and even tried to email the customer service. Then I came to this website and got the number to call. When I called the ***-***-**** and I didn't hit any of the number options I just held and after several minutes of holding an operator answered the phone and offered to transfer to someone she asked me if I booked a hotel, package, rental car, etc. and then transferred me to the appropriate person. When the customer service rep answered the phone he assisted me with trying to locate my reservation, and when we realized that it didn't process he assured me that if I chose to go back online and bid on PRICELINE again that I would not be double charged. Pretty good service after some lengthy investigating.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Priceline. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Priceline problem?
~erikascott1979: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~erikascott1979: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Priceline's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~erikascott1979: For that I would say two out of five.

~erikascott1979: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Priceline to know who you are.
