~Botched Itinerary: I scheduled a flight departing Dayton to South Dakota but itinery said departing cincinnati. The Priceline rep scheduled the wrong deaparting flight but they wanted to make me pay for his mistake with a huge fine. I think they really need to do a better job of working whith thier customers.

~Botched Itinerary: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Priceline's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Botched Itinerary: For that I would say four out of five.
