~Illbelate: Operator was not helpful. She read back all fight times and numbers after i asked my question of where to check in. I was not questioning my flights time or numbers. I only asked where to check in. I asked again and the third time She said that as a third party ticket purchase you must go in person to airport to check in. I later called airline and got the help and answers i was needing. operator did not listen to question or have a correct answer for me.

~Illbelate: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Illbelate: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Priceline's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Illbelate: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Priceline customers?
~Illbelate: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Priceline to know who you are.
