How may I help you? * Julie Cruickshank: please give a UNITED STATES phone number for Priceline.com * Peter: I understand your concern, but our phone customer service agents can only assist customers who do have an existing reservation. You can only get through the IVR if you are able to enter your trip number. If you would like, I can try to assist you. What do you need help with? * Julie Cruickshank: I have a trip number. I do not want to speak with anyone, unless they are in the UNITED STATES * Peter: I * Julie Cruickshank: I have called the toll free number & spoke with someone that told me there was no such number for the UNITED STATES * Peter: I'm so sorry, Julie. But we don't have a direct phone number for customer service in United States. * Julie Cruickshank: I booked a room in the UNITED STATES, so I would like to speak to someone in the UNTIED STATES. Peter: I understand that this must be very important for you* however, we are unable to resolve this matter while we chat. Please call us at (***-***-****), you will need your ** digit Trip number. After entering in your trip number, your call will be sent directly to a phone agent. GetHuman: And what about Priceline's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
