~D0nTuSEthEm: Very disappointed with price fine!! I put down a *star hotel and was given a *&***.. As soon as I saw the *&*** star rating I called to ask about the mix up in star rating and they said they had to charge me for one night if I canceled my reservation and if I rebooked with them they only charge me half.. What the heck! I asked if there's anything we could do and they said they couldn't help me. That's all they could do on there end. upset dosnt begin to describe how I felt. Never will I use the price fine negotiator because there is no negotiating with them. Terrible service!!

~D0nTuSEthEm: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Priceline's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~D0nTuSEthEm: For that I would say three out of five.
