~t: I recently contacted your TIDE Customer service through Facebook since their hours * to * EST is not accurate. (They are closed prior to * EST. Your tide Pods ruined several pieces of clothes by not dissolving properly and actually melting on the clothes and fusing the pieces of material together. Their response were operating instructions. Put the tide pod in first, not overload since the pod needs to float in the water to dissolve. Their solution: Give us your address and we will send a coupon. So disrespectful. Why would I accept a coupon for a product that ruins expensive clothes? Since my experience I have been on Facebook and in forums where people are saying the same thing about your PODS. Before I get another "lesson in laundry" I do have a front load HE washer and have had and successfully used one for more than ** years. So I know how to use them and follow directions. So my question is what are you going to do to resolve this issue?
