~HattarasLady: quick initial response and then on hold *x before call completed. The customer service rep kept talking over me and was very patronizing and kept repeating the same thing (if you send it back we'll evaluate whether any additional action is needed). I had already agreed to do that and repeating it more loudly and as a response to every question does not aid resolution. FYI the call was because the internal mechanism on two of three cans of hair spray ($** a can) failed halfway through.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Procter & Gamble. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Procter & Gamble problem?
~HattarasLady: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~HattarasLady: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Procter & Gamble's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~HattarasLady: For that I would say four out of five.
