GetHuman-186480: Because of their mishap i never recieved my results and i waited over an hour to talk to someone. I have other things to do. I couldnt wait any longer. I am disgusted how terrible the customer service is and I think it is horrible they are the only option. Because of this we have to resort to this mediocrity. It is saddening.
