GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Prometric customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-260857: I took an exam and saw my passing score and after I exited the last screen to close out after my exam. Do you want to know what happened to my score...the score went from passing to failing. This happened to another person as welll as me all on the same day and I found out about the second person for an employee. So I would like for Prometric to let me have my passing score that I saw before I closed out the last screen. So now I have to wait for there appeal department to review. There customer service department is not very helpful either.
