~Lost test: I took on a test on ********** and was told that the printer was down and I could not get a confirmation that I completed the test.After waiting for ** minutes I was given a card with a ticket number and ask to call Prometric.After ** minutes I hung up Someone finally answered on day * of calling and I was told that they could not help me and they don't understand why I was given a ticket number, I need to contact the company that I took test for,Needless to say it is **** and I still have no answer I have been sent back and forth Sure hope score is not lost Would hate to have to retake the exam. Guess I will wait to see what happen Very frustrating!!!!
