~pickonjesus: I was late for my exam a couple of minutes only to be told I couldn't take the test. The receptionist gave me a number to call, the customer service line told me the administrator could if they liked let me take the test. I went back inside the testing center only to be told the administrator wasn't there and that they still wouldn't allow me to take the test. Now I am out of over $*** in testing fees, even if the their was a chair bought and pay for by me. Prometric only give a ** minute window for you to be present to take the test or they will keep all your money. Even offering to pay a penalty fee was not excepted as a way of being able to save a $*** testing fee and a day lost of work.

~pickonjesus: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~pickonjesus: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Prometric's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~pickonjesus: For that I would say two out of five.

~pickonjesus: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Prometric to know who you are.
