GetHuman-187569: My exam was canceled due to bad weather that occurred on the **st. I called back the next day to reschedule after sitting on hold for probably ** minutes just to be told their systems were down and to call back later that night. I did fail to forget to call that night. After calling back today, I sat on hold for ** minutes just to have my call transferred to a "special number" for those who had their exams canceled due to weather. After sitting on hold for another ** minutes, I stayed on the line on an office phone but then called on my cell phone to see if I could get through faster. I was on hold on my cell phone for about ** minutes and they answered just to tell me AGAIN that their systems were down and to call back again tomorrow. How did my cell phone get through faster when the office phone had been on the line longer? Shouldn't they be taking calls in the order that they get them?
