~The Dude: Using Prometric, I scheduled an exam at a center that, it turns out, did not exist anymore. I tried calling several times only to be cut off after waiting fifty minutes each time. Horrible site.

~The Dude: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
