~BellaTee: I had to contact prosmoke twice. The first time to check where my order was and the second to help me get started with the starter kit for cigarettes.**They were EXTREMELY HELPFUL both times and let me know my package had already been delivered and I didnt even realize it! It arrived in two days!!!!**I wanted to make sure I didnt break anything when i started using it and they were patience and helpful eveyr step of the way. the only reason I am posting this is because they were so darn good! Kudos prosmoke!
