~chasmac: I had a Your Story and when I used it for the first time, it just shut down and would not work. It was a gift and It had been a year since I received it. I called, she was wonderful and said they would send me out a new unit...I almost fell out of my chair.....

~chasmac: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~chasmac: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~chasmac: For that I would say two out of five.
