~Island Writer: Very pleasant customer service rep. I was on hold for so long that I felt sorry for her when she finally answered - wondered how many people get angry and yell at them when they finally do answer. My only complaint would be the wait time. She was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Able to answer my questions, sent me more info via e-mail, and asked if I needed anything else.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Provo Craft. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Provo Craft problem?
~Island Writer: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Island Writer: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
