~anneshaughn: The fact that this airline calls itself * stars is a complete joke. All three of my suitcases were lost on the way from Philly to Kigali, and supposedly Qatar would track them down in ** hours, but when I checked after ** hours, nothing whatsoever had been done to find them. An employee and I at the Rwanda airport used the computer to see what was happening with the luggage, and there was no information under the tracking number. When I called customer service, the representative was no help and became angry with me for giving the luggage information to the Rwandan airport employee, then I asked to talk to a manager, and that person said that she would e-mail the Rwandan airport, which of course would accomplish nothing because the airport had no information about my bags. I knew this because I was on my way home right then from the Rwandan airport. The manager eventually decided to hang up on me.
