Otherwise Quaker Oats is operating an antiquated feedback system. Benefit to Quaker is also that data from email-type system could be used for business analysis, whilst improving customer satisfaction. *. Like the majority of other mobile users, I oibject to **** numbers being charged to my phone, when I have ample minutes of credit ! *The current arrangement discourages feedback, which is to the customer and the company's loss.*Grateful if you could acknowledge this message to didactosaur:yahoo.co.uk.*Thanks.
