~Matisse: My doctor never got my lab results, and asked me to call Quest to have them resent. I called the location I visited and, instead of taking care of the problem for me, she gave me a long distance number to call.*I called that number and a stern voiced rep, I believe she said she was "Angel", said that my doctor had the results. I asked her how she knew and she said that she was "looking at it right now". I asked if she could resent the results to which she replied that the doctor had to call. I called my doctor and they said that they would call Quest.**In short, the worst customer service I ever saw in a medical related business. I will never go back to them.
