GetHuman-380304: i sat for a good ** minutes, the * women in the rio grande New jersey office shoudl learn customer service. they never even look at you will they tell you to have sit. they are not friendly, personable or caring. i have been going to quest since it opened in rio grande and the service and staff have always been excellent. i don't know why quest changed tghe staff but i will never go there again as long as those * women are behind the deak. they are ignorant, no customer skills. they to greet you when you come in and they don't say a word to you when you are leaving. i have a bruise on my arm thats purple and she must have hit a nerve because drawing the blood hurt also. i couldn't wait to get out of there. i have never been treated so poorly as i was there. as i sat and wait to acknowledged anyone walking up to the desk was not even looked at and was treat like an annoyance. i havent been there since **** and i can' believe the change and not a good one at that. good luck to anyone who
