~Anna: I have been using my quickbooks for * years. It was telling me I had to register, finally it has locked me out. I've call many numbers and bottom line no one can help me, they want you to buy new software. I don't want to spend $***.** to upgrade, then I'd have to upgrade my operating system. This is the biggest scam I've ever heard of. Anyone else have this problem?

~Anna: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about QuickBooks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anna: For that I would say five out of five.

~Anna: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for QuickBooks to know who you are.
