~karen: The "expert" I was transferred to did not understand bookkeeping or quickbooks. Varsha could not understand my question and hung up on me. Intuit should hire real experts, this would have taken * minutes. She took control of my computer and then when on a hunt for my POS terminal on my computer. I asked her to stop digging in my computer becuase a POS system is of course not live on your computer, but on the internet. Very bad service.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting QuickBooks. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a QuickBooks problem?
~karen: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~karen: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about QuickBooks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~karen: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other QuickBooks customers?
~karen: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for QuickBooks to know who you are.
