~SBgal44: I needed to have our corrupted data file fixed. I tried * other times with them last year and they told me I needed to give them a copy of my file for **-** hours. I did not have the time to do that. Today I had a GREAT experience with them. Although it took * hour to test, re-test and correct my data it was well worth it. Sandeep was very patient and he was able to fix it. Kudos to him!

~SBgal44: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~SBgal44: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about QuickBooks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~SBgal44: For that I would say one out of five.

~SBgal44: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for QuickBooks to know who you are.
