GetHuman-howaida: two issue* *) pay employees icon not working. *) keep receiving error messages a lot.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/01/17?
GetHuman-howaida: My version is Accountant ****.**) I use payroll manual calculation, and I can't pay employees using home screen or employee list, just freeze. **) because of the previous issue I uninstalled the application and re-installed, but didn't fix it. In addition start pop up message repeatedly with different error message like this**An error has occurred in the script on this page *Line:*char:*Error:*URL:*that wasn't happening before I uninstalled the application.*Also I re-downloaded windows in case was the cause of the payroll issue.

GetHuman-howaida: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-howaida: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about QuickBooks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-howaida: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other QuickBooks customers?
GetHuman-howaida: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for QuickBooks to know who you are.
