~T-dawg: Wow, how incredibly unprofessional some of the people were. The over all experience over the last * phones calls has been very poor. I've been fighting the same issue with payroll fuckups for about * pay cycles now... Every time, I end up spending at least an hour and a half on the phone, stepping through * or * people people, reexplaining my self almost completely each time. I honestly wish I could just get a refund and take my business somewhere that actually gives two ***** about me and my business...

~T-dawg: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~T-dawg: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about QuickBooks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~T-dawg: For that I would say five out of five.

~T-dawg: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for QuickBooks to know who you are.
