~Get real quickbooks: After explaining a bad experience I had minutes before from calling people from a phone number in India this lady had no remorse. Takes all my contact info then I get disconnected after being on hold for ** minutes. She obviously didn't care to call me back and I didn't catch her name. Looks like another person at work just for a paycheck and no real involvement with customer service. Avoid this number in India **** *** ****. I was told to f- off from a guy claiming to be Nicholao. Called back several times and disconnected after they had my contact info. One guy also stated in India and when I asked to talk to somebody in the United States he said he was in the United States go figure. Dan, mike, Arian and Nicholoa were the people's names I supposedly were talking to. Some of these names don't even match the voices if you know what I mean.

~Get real quickbooks: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Get real quickbooks: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about QuickBooks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Get real quickbooks: For that I would say one out of five.
