~Unhappy: No customer service. You call and it tells you to see assistance on the web. ** minute chat session, only way to work with them. Tracking numbers for the software says it is delivered and it is not here. I would not even bother to order anything from Intuit again. Go to the store and purchase it is my advice.

~Unhappy: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Unhappy: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Quicken's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Unhappy: For that I would say five out of five.

~Unhappy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Quicken to know who you are.
