~Charles: On various occasions of phone problems *no dial tone*bad static* I have always been treated in a friendly and professional manner. The contact person was always helpful and curtious with suggestions as to what the problem may be. Then to insure a technition will be at our place of residence for proper repairs.**In our area of a mobil home park, the lines are old and become crowded when the seasonal winter visters arrive in mass.**Usually once a month in these winter months, our phone issues begin and you folks must send out the repair technitions..**Thank you
