~n/a: too frustrating.. have to call ($** fee) to "try" to find an answer to cancel a reservation.. they TOLD us to go to website for online chat & it did NOT exist (but they got the $**).

~n/a: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~n/a: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about RCI's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~n/a: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other RCI customers?
~n/a: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for RCI to know who you are.
