~raa13: After waiting on hold over over an hour and a half i was told that they could not assist me with setting up my travel agent account. they provided me an email address i could send my request to. how is that resolving a problem? if i do not have to book a clients rail ticket, i wont. this is one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with.
