~robroy39: you wait for ** minutes before you get a voice than they say they have to transfer you in order to serve you, wait another ** minutes and still counting. would not recommend to anyone too buy from them, you are not their main concern get the money and then they just abandon you.

~robroy39: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~robroy39: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~robroy39: For that I would say five out of five.
