~Disappointedcustomer: Apparently I called ten minutes prior to getting off on Christmas Eve and the Customer service agent advised me of misleading information verses taking a claim, on my behalf, in regards of a missing package. Do your job to the fullest regardless of what time it is! Once I realized I was not the one who should contact UPS, they were, I was furious. Ten minutes later I call Customer service back and they were closed! I don't have my packages that UPS states they delivered at the same time we were outside???? The customer service agent should have followed proper protocol in a missing package claim and this did not happen. I have to wait until they reopen Christmas or day after. Just plain rude!!!
