GetHuman-229340: Ralph Lauren should get its act together or find only one manufacturer. Their shirt sizes are all over the map. I just ordered * shirts (same size, classic fit) only two of them were true to size. The other five didn't fit at all they were too small. The funny thing is that I have the same exact shirts sitting in my closet in different colors and they fit. Costumer service reads from a script and if the questioning makes too much sense they just go quiet. Put a disclaimer if different manufacturers make the same product. This is not the first time I have ordered multiple shirts only end with just one or two shirts the rest I have to return. This is one unhappy costumer who will not return!
