GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-wildapri: On May **th w stayed at the Ramada Inn In Laramie Wy room *** to be exact. They told us they were remodeling but we should never have been out in the room they gave us.The carpet was dirty, there were no drinking cups in the room, no luggage rack for suitcases. no hanger or rack to hang clothes up and the Tv did not work. There one only one chair so we had to put our suitcases on the Floor. When i told the manager the next day he didn't seem to care. He gave us **% off our bill but I feel I should be refunded the entire amount
