GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-blackha2: *. I was told this room has a "hot tub." It's nothing more than a jacuzzi-style bathtub* Real "hot tubs" seat multiple people. I know...I've had * of them. I'm traveling with my children and wanted something special and unique. A bathtub is not unique* *. This place feels like a converted Motel *...not what I expected of a Ramada. This room simply feels spartan* *. I have raised the thermostat temp * times *now to **'* and I'm still cold.
