~Godwillshutitdown: For * months after paying for minutes I have had to call them due to them not loading the minutes after payment. Most of those calls unable to reach customer service for defect in their automated system which continued to respond as though I had not entered the prompts at all. For three consecutive hours or more, once they did answer- the service rep. asked the same question over and over after I told him over and over why I was calling. Every time I started talking they acted like deafdum as though I was not talking like they are insane. Not once have they given good customer service in the ** times I have had to call. I requested to speak to a supervisor of course that was immediately heard and I was questioned why uninterrupted, put on hold then they hung up

~Godwillshutitdown: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Godwillshutitdown: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about ReachOut Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
